In February 2008, we opened a Loan Production Office in Overland Park, Kansas. That office has since been converted to a full-service facility providing a wide array of deposit and loan products.

Our growth efforts in the Kansas City area are led by two veteran bankers with strong ties to the market. Mark Emley
serves as President & CEO with Dean Krouse fulfilling the role of EVP - Chief Lending Officer. They are supported by
a talented staff with specialized skills in commercial lending, especially those used for residential development and
home construction as well as commercial property development. As long-term residents as well as bankers in the
metro area, the staff is very knowledgeable about the needs of commercial clients in the Kansas City market,
especially those needs frequently neglected by the large, regional banks in the area.
Our company has a strong core group of directors and investors and is currently expanding its capital base through the addition of qualified investors. Future plans call for adding more full-service banking offices in the Kansas City area in the next 3-5 years.
